Shipping FAQ

How will my order be sent to me?

All orders will undergo a processing timeline of 2-3 business days and after that period of time the orders will be shipped directly to your home. Our standard shipping option is free, but you can opt to pay for expedited shipping. 

What should I do if something happens to my order in shipment?

If for any reason you encounter an issue with your order while in transit, please contact us so we can work something out with you for replacement/ refund. 

 Will I get a tracking number when my package ships?

Absolutely! Everything we ship goes out with a tracking number that gets sent to you fast! Tracking number will be sent to you via email after the order is processed. 

 
Do you offer international shipping?

We ship to North America including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and we also ship to all U.S. territories.
